Irregular Verbs

Hello guys,

Mas um caso de verbo que se diferencia no inglês americano e no inglês britânico, o verbo "to learn" que significa "aprender". O verbo “to learn” no inglês americano é regular, por conta disso, suas terminações são “learn, learned, learned”.

Já no inglês britânico o verbo é irregular e suas terminações são “learn, learnt, learnt”.

So let’s practice both ways:

“Nós aprendemos inglês na SmartVille.” = “We learn English at SmartVille.”.

“Rachel aprendeu a tocar piano quando era criança, agora ela é uma grande musicista.”. = “Rachel learned/learnt to play the violin when she was a child, now she is a great musician.”.

Robson tem aprendido japonês por três anos e ele me disse que é uma língua muito difícil. = “Robson has learned/learnt Japanese for three years and he told me that it is a very difficult language.”.
